Fourth day of OJT

 My name is not Jelly but Jelyn, I am Jelyn Karyl Bornales and this is my fourth day of OJT. I would like you to come embark on this journey with me.

4th day of OJT:

It's throwback Thursday, we were tasked to pack medical supplies for preparations for transferring. We were also tasked to remove the syringe plastic as well as cut papers for medicine records. My documentation for today's tasks is below.

My co-student worker and I were also tasked to check if the patient was pregnant or not, to identify whether the patient is pregnant or not, we would simply ask personal and specific questions that would help us and the doctor determine if the said patient was pregnant or not. Second day of OJT

 This is me again, Jelyn Karyl Bornales from Taguig City, my second day of OJT. 2nd day of OJT: Today marks the second day of my journey as a Grade 12 student doing work immersion, I would like you to come to start your day with me and take a glimpse of my task for today's work immersion.
