Tenth day of OJT (finally)

 Naurrr, it’s finally the last day of OJT! This is Jelyn Karyl Bornales, proudly serving her last day of OJT! Let me show you what we did for today’s task!

10th day of OJT:

Today, we were tasked to transfer the patient’s info and we were also tasked to put information on the flyers! That’s it! OJT days done!

My co-student worker and I were also tasked to check if the patient was pregnant or not, to identify whether the patient is pregnant or not, we would simply ask personal and specific questions that would help us and the doctor determine if the said patient was pregnant or not.
