Hi, this is Jelyn Karyl Bornales, and I would like to invite you to come to unpack my first day of OJT! 1st Day of OJT: To start my day, specifically, my first day of OJT, I was given my very first task, which was to encode the patient's information both written manually and typed on the computer. My co-student worker and I were also tasked to check if the patient was pregnant or not, to identify whether the patient is pregnant or not, we would simply ask personal and specific questions that would help us and the doctor determine if the said patient was pregnant or not. Below is my picture for documentation. Thank you for reading!!
